Our Family Story

Hawaii shave ice is not a snow cone. The ice is fine like powder.

Ingredients

Servings: 1

1 ice block (for shaving)
3 oz flavored syrups (your choice)
1 oz sweetened condensed milk (optional)
2 tbsp azuki beans (optional)
3 mochi balls (optional)

Instructions

Shave ice finely using a shave ice machine.
Tip: Fine ice is key - not crunchy.

Pack shaved ice into a dome shape.

Pour syrups over top in rainbow pattern.

Add condensed milk, azuki beans, or mochi if desired.
