Mapo tofu is numbing and spicy. The Sichuan peppercorns make your lips tingle.

Brown pork in oil. Add doubanjiang and garlic.

Add broth and bring to simmer.

Gently add tofu. Simmer 5 minutes.
Tip: Do not stir - tofu is delicate.

Sprinkle with Sichuan peppercorns and green onions.
