Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and baking powder. Add water and oil, knead until smooth.

Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.

Mix diced char siu with oyster sauce for filling.

Divide dough into 12 pieces, flatten each and fill with char siu mixture.

Pinch edges to seal, place seam-side down on parchment squares.

Steam for 15-18 minutes until buns are fluffy.
