    Tip: Dont crowd the pot or meat will steam instead of brown.

    Sauté onions until softened, add garlic.

    Return beef to pot, add tomato sauce, broth, and soy sauce.

    Bring to boil, then simmer covered for 1.5 hours.

    Add potatoes, carrots, and celery, cook another 30-45 minutes.

    Serve over hot rice with a side of kim chee.
