    Mix mochiko, sugar, and baking powder.

    Add coconut milk, water, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

    Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

    Cool. Cut with plastic knife dusted with katakuriko.

Sweet chewy mochi squares dusted with potato starch.
